Why doesn't Digital TV for PC 2 work on my PC?

Please make sure that you're connected to the Internet in order for Digital TV for PC 2 to function. If you have any firewall running, please ensure that Digital TV for PC 2 is not being blocked from connecting to the Internet. Please check your firewall manual for more information to allow a program to connect to the Internet.
