Why doesn't DTV4PC work on my PC?

Please make sure that you're connected to the Internet in order for DTV4PC to function. If you have any firewall running, please ensure that DTV4PC is not being blocked from connecting to the Internet. Please check your firewall manual for more information to allow a program to connect to the Internet.
