How do I set security for All Users?

Create an account that your users will be logging into. Temporarily give this account Admin privileges. Log into this account and setup any security restrictions you wish to enforce using Tweaki. When done, log out of the account and into an administrator account. Remove the admin rights of the account where you just setup the security features. Reboot the computer. Now, when anyone logs into the account for all users they are bounded by the security restrictions.
